This wonderful part of the world boasts some of the most spectacular and unspoilt landscapes, some of the most exciting architecture, a history and culture to rival any other place on the planet, people as diverse, beautiful and fascinating as they are mysterious and different and cuisine that is tasty, exciting and most importantly different from the repeated menus broadcast each day on Western TV.
